Well you have made me feel very smug about my plum harvest. I have waited about four years and this year I had two plums! They were most unexpected and I found them on the ground under the tree one morning. You are ahead of me though, I could not bring myself to taste or share my plums with the resident grubs! Was yours nice? xx
Looks like a Monarch - my uncle brought me 9lbs of those last week and another trayful on Wednesday. I love plums but you can get overloaded......hope you enjoyed yours!
Awww how sweet x

It looks a fair size Mum but I'm wondering if it was the only one growing after the birds had had their fill??

ReplyDeleteLol, I managed to find 5 plums on my tree this year. Just about enough for two small plum crumbles. Lynda x
ReplyDeleteI too had only one this year, didn't share as my husband doesn't like plums, it was yummy!!
ReplyDeleteHi, using curry powder will do the job just as good! Either add it with your onions or your stock/milk :-)
