Soup

Cheat's tomato soup.

1 tin of tomato soup
1 onion
1 very, very large courgette
1 small potato
1 stock cube

Fry onion in butter or oil, add soup, courgette, diced potato and stock. Boil until cooked and blitz.

Eat.

Wing it soup

Left over Cheat's tomato soup
Left over broccoli from roast dinner
Left over gravy from roast dinner

Chuck in a pan, heat up and blitz.

Eat

    I have been throwing courgette (or marrow, if I missed picking it) into tomato soup and found it does give an extra smoothness.
