Woowee! Now that's a big one!
Hmmm! Should I start another project? What on earth do you make with a 20mm crochet hook?
Wow! What a whopper. Can't wait to see what that hooks up.
ReplyDeleteWe saw a Lords and Ladies wild flower on our walk today and thought of you Mum!

Thanks Mum. Cuckoo Pint is the name I recognise. The Dawn Patroller recognised it from your picture but didnt know a name. Tho he knew it had berries. I dont think he knew how poisonous it was - better tell him before he picks one for me!
ReplyDeleteWell - what do you do with a crochet hook that big? Is it easier to work with? I still havent made a start.
That is huge!!!!!Can't wait to see what you do with it.
ReplyDeleteThere's this yarn called Zpaghetti, you'll need those 20mm hook for working with it. Dunno if you have it in England, tho...
ReplyDeleteI love them for crocheting with strips of cloth -- rag rugs, baskets, etc.
ReplyDeleteI did hear a suggestion once that 20mm hooks are wonderful for hiding your stash! You use about 10 balls of DK weight yarn at once and just make a scarf shaped piece... Then you unravel it when you are ready to make something!
