Let's make a batch of meatballs to freeze.

For every pound of mince mix in 1/2 a cup of breadcrumbs, 1 medium onion, 1 egg plus seasoning (salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce or Soy sauce and tomato ketchup).
Form into small balls and bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 400 degrees C in the grill pan. Half way through cooking turn them over to brown the other side.
Cool and open freeze before putting into freezer bags.
