Go away!

I seem to be getting an awful lot of this at the moment.

I wish this 'Anonymous' person would go away!

A very warm welcome to Joy. What a beautiful name.

  4. That is what I did - I found that it was enough , and so was able to remove the very annoying word verification.

Hope you can sort it soonest - it is very irritating isn't it!

  6. Yes, I get about 100 Anon spams a day. Flippin annoying. I sent a note to blogger about a lot of them coming into my 'pending' box, when they should be going into the 'spam' box. Trouble is, it isn't a person, it is a machine that's sending them. Seems the only way to get rid of them is to not allow Anon comments, but then I get a lot of real people comenting as Anon.

  7. I don't understand why people want to be anonymous and why they have to be so awful.
At least you can delete their comments so then their time has been wasted.

  8. Mine go into Spam, which I then delete, after having a laugh at some of the web site titles they want me to view.

  9. I changed my settings so I don't allow anonymous comments anymore and that seems to have sorted it. It was getting ridiculous the amount of spam I was getting.

  10. I don't have a blog, so always (when I can), comment as "anonymous", but I always leave my name. When blogs don't allow anon comments, I can't comment!
