Healthy Living

I've stopped having a glass of wine each night.

Pity we've not finished the sherry.

It was a good start though, wasn't it?

  5. I sat for a moment and thought Croft isnt wine, what is she on about. I suggest you go immediately back on the wine as sherry is the first slippery step. If you drink the same amount of sherry as you would wine heaven help you!
Wine is good for all manner of things, heart, blood pressure, stress, so its healthy - isnt it?

  6. I have an occasional glass of sherry while I am cooking the evening meal, that's about the only time as it makes me quite giggly and Mr.T goes all sleepy.lol
Can't you tell that we aren't drinkers, just tea and coffee most of the time.
