Not getting in the way ...

The blanket is already in use and I've not finished it yet.

I'm just doing the rhombi to go around the edge. I've been doing 2 chains on the pointy corner not 1. It lies flatter.

Pussies keep muscling in, though.

It's a hard life!

Welcome new follower. I can see you like cats! This post is just for you and everyone else, of course.

  1. aahhh bless them my Timmy goes batty over a blanket to he starts knitting on it with his claws there is something about them that makes them go all sleepy eyes its like a drug. Your blanket is gorgeous colours, dee x

  2. I love the colours in the blanket. And the cats are beautiful too x

    1. Oh that's so cute, your kitties trying out your blanket before it's even finished. The colours are so pretty.
      Have a fab day,
      Anne xx

  3. Cats rule every household they live in, in my experience!
Your throw is looking really good, mine is progressing well but I'm thinking now it will ready for next winter and not this!

  4. Good to see that the cats are test driving your lovely new blanket!

  5. The cats are quality control experts!

  6. So sweet, Our dog likes to lay on quilts as I am trying to get them pin basted, makes me crazy! Ha

  7. There were times when I didn't dare leave the linen cupboard open - there would always be one of ours in there nestled amongst spare blankets. One would chew holes in anything woollen so I had to keep a watchful eye on him.

Look forward to seeing the finished blanket as the colours blend so well together. Thats if you can prise your companions off it lol
    Take care

  9. The cat's aren't muscling in - it's you ! trying to take their blankets away from them - shame on you !

  10. I can see your work is fully appreciated already.

  11. You know that is the "only" way to judge the quality of a good blanket; right? If the cats don't love it something isn't quite right. :-)

Beautiful kitties and I love the colors in the blanket.

  12. Don't animals just love things like this, my husband had lost his fleece and guess who was sat on it, doggy! Julie xxx
