I'm going away for 3 days for work. So the Rambling Expat will be cooking Fishfingers for Dolly. She can't remember ever having them - so a real "treat" for her.
Looks really good, it is not something we have very often unless the little ones are visiting they love them,I must get some next week, I think Mum would enjoy them for a change.
We had fishfingers yesterday - with homemade chips and mushy peas. I usually have a box in the freezer to use as a quick meal if I've had a really busy day. Yesterday I'd been decorating, so they were quick, tasty and a taste of childhood.
It's a long time since I had fish fingers, I used to love them in a sandwich with tomato sauce.
