Also at the car boot this week I picked up some more wool. 50p for the 10 balls of lilac, a little bit more for the purple wool, dozen or so knitting needles and 10 crochet hooks in the knitting bag - £3.
The wool will join my 'stash' in the cupboard and the needles will get sorted with my other needles. Big smiles on my face this week!
Lucky you finding crochet hooks .... I did manage to get a box of knitting needles today with quite a few double enders for socks x
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant find, love it xx
ReplyDeleteOooh I wish I had gone to the car boot sale this morning now! What a great little find. I need more wool and needles like I need a hole in the head but hey ho, a bargain is a bargain!

What an incredible bargain! I always have a look in the wool box in our local charity shops.
ReplyDeleteThere is something special about finding someone`s collection of needles and crafty paraphanalia. Wondering who they are (or were) and what they made with it all.....
I do love needles too I cant resist even tho I have so many already I have to get more crochet hooks now as they are outnumbered.
ReplyDeleteFantastic - what amazing bargains! Wool is really pricy in charity shops here!

Bargain! Do you have a cupboard who can't open or you'll be flattened with tumbling balls of yarn?
