Just been catching up with your posts and was sorry but interested to read about you suffering from RCI, I've got it too. It's my elbow which is troubling me. I did lots of crochet whilst I was on holiday so I think that's where it stems from. I thought it might be tennis elbow (though I don't play tennis).
