Question

Did you stop by today to read my post? 411 people popped in yesterday but only 6 lovely bloggers made a comment. It's difficult to comment all the time but isn't it nice to receive a few words about your post. Perhaps we should rename the Comments section to an 'I've read your post today' section. Readers could then let the blogger know that they passed by and called in.

"Hello."
"I'm here today."
"I've read what you have to say."
"Just passing by."
"I agree."
"Hi."

Who is here today reading my post? Thank you for calling by. Make my day and say Hello!

Mind you I could be here all day if 411 people made a comment!

xx

Didn't have time to say hello yesterday - Oh yes it's Cathy here - lovely and warm in the Yarra Valley today. Have been out to lunch and now catching up on some favourite blogs. Have you found anymore charity shop bargains or made up any more Lego creations?

  9. Hello Mum, I am here. I read a lot of blogs, it isn't always possible to comment on them all. I get an average of 3,000 page views a day, and have noticed that some topics I write about get more comments than others. It can be anything between just a few or at most 50 plus. It depends what strikes a chord with people.

I started writing my blog for me, if people read and comment that's a bonus.

  39. Hi Mum, late as always, but you know we do not always have internet travelling around. Still loving the nomadic lifestyle and reading blogs when we have access. Thank you for the crochet instructions, I used them to 'teach myself' earlier this year and am currently working on my first granny square blanket. Am itching to make a christmas one now (did you steal my idea telepathically?) but don't have any white yarn in the motorhome, but a definite for next year. Really should start a blog myself, but never have enough time, and so much is routine, even for our lifestyle! Keep on blogging ... take care. Alison x p.s. are the Bloggy Blankets still in production?
