Veggie omlette

eggs
salt
a little milk
seasoning - marjoram, garlic

Lightly fry the veg - e.g.
courgette
Swiss chard
Pour over the egg mixure - with cheese if desired.
Halfway through the cooking place a topping on top of the omlette e.g.
sliced tomato
cheese
chives
