We eat Apples. Pears. G...Have fruit for breakfast. We eat Apples. Pears. Grapes and Blueberries with cereal. Our diet through the day gets progressively worse! Lunch and Evening Meal are healthy and hot, nothing sweet though, but by early evening we end with chocolate!
